Dasar pengoperasian mesin las HDPE adalah DVS 2207 - 1 - 1995 dengan tentunya memperhatikan standar titik leleh yang diberikan oleh pabrik pembuat pipa HDPE.


 Sebelum mulai mohon diperhatikan:
  • Koneksi antar mesin, seperti hydrolik, selang listrik dan sebagainya harus sudah terpasang sebelum mulai
  • pemasangan clamp insert dan pipa pada posisinya sebelum prosedur dijalankan.
  • Listrik dan area kerja yang aman dari air dan hujan
